Delighted with the workman and the workmanship. We had detailed discussions before and during the work. Ati even returned a few weeks later to change an internal socket because it did not match my existing sockets. This was done free of charge and was not something I requested; they just felt it should be changed as they were not happy with the way it looked. Well done Tim, Sally, Daniel and Ati.

Always on time, professional friendly approach, conscientious and considerate of the fact that they are in somebody's home, kept me up to date at all times and I had total confidence in their workmanship. Dan, in particular, took great care with rewiring behind oak panelling and left everything as it was originally.

One of our appliances has been tripping and taking out the kitchen and garage circuits, including our boiler and therefore our heating and hot water, so getting an electrician in quickly was essential. AA Electrical arranged for Tim to come that afternoon and then actually called back to say that he could come earlier than expected. When Tim arrived he was polite, tidy and very keen to take the time to explain what our problem was and how it could be solved. Although we couldn't recreate the nuisance tripping, Tim did all the necessary tests and fitted an isolator switch to prevent the appliances in our garage tripping our boiler again

The work was completed very well and involved sourcing several different parts which were quite specialised. The obtaining of these parts and the heavy snow lead to the jobs taking longer than normal to complete but this is not typical of this company and the electrician was very apologetic. Furthermore, he was undertaking three different tasks for me.

The work was carried out to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend AA Electrical Services. The company went "beyond the call of duty" to help us out.

Came well prepared - had everything he needed despite the order changing slightly on my part. Did a great job of making good and even replaced a couple of items as a freebie that I had not expected. Work was done quickly and efficiently and with a friendly and professional manner. Price was much less than I expected so all in all very happy!

Very helpful and efficient under difficult conditions

Tim went out of his way to try and get my toaster repaired and did a great job fixing an electrical socket.

The engineer turned up on time, was friendly and polite, he explained everything he was doing and costs as he went along, he cleaned up any mess made and now or all my ceiling lights work perfectly. What more could I have asked for? Excellent company.

The work was carried out in a very professional way and attention to detail being high in their list. The site was left clean and tidy and the job finished ahead of schedule. Very satisfactory.

Workers were very polite and general standard of work was very good. Even when it was identified that the work required was going to take a bit more time and effort than initial estimated no additional cost was incurred.

I moved into the property 2 days before the work was carried out and only discovered I'd need a new cooker spur being put in the kitchen when the oven was delivered in the morning the day the work was done. I called AA Electrical Services in the morning to find an electrician urgently and they were able to send someone round in the afternoon. They even called me to let me know that Tim (the electrician) was running 30 mins late which enabled me to go out and complete various jobs that need doing when you move house. Tim (who is the company owner) arrived at the time stated and quickly assessed the work that needed to be done. He kept me informed along the way and quickly got to work. Tim then thoroughly tested the cooker circuit to make sure all was well with the RCD and that it was safe for use. The workmanship was very good and Tim gave me total confidence in the installation he fitted. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an electrician and will use them again in the future

Fast, efficient and friendly. Explained to me exactly what the issue was. I thought it was slightly expensive based on the type of job and based on the quote I got from the previous electrician I called, but then the previous electrician never called me back and never gave me a full breakdown of costs. AA were able to see me the afternoon after calling them and gave me all the costs up front. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Work was carried out very efficiently and staff were very courteous and helpful. A bulb went on the one of the wall lights the same evening but this was quickly replaced free of charge.

I urgently needed an electrician after my tenants were left without electricity and the managing agent locked the fuse box and threw the key away. I stumbled across AA on Google and thought their quote given over the phone was reasonable. The representative was nice and helpful, no pressure applied for booking an immediate appointment. Although the electrician was delayed a couple of times, I was kept in the loop and made aware of timescales which allowed me to get on with other stuff I needed to do rather than sitting around waiting. The electrician also gave me a call 25 minutes before arriving which I thought was exceptionally good service. A tiny part needed to be replaced (which the electrician had on him - unlike the other electrician the night before, so no time wasted getting it) but he informed me of the cost before fitting it and explained what the issue was. He was really polite and even picked up his own rubbish after! As a landlord with a few properties, best electrician I ever dealt with! As for quality, a day on and it still works which is already better than many other trademen's track record!

A diagnosis was made quickly and efficiently. Options for complete restoration of power were discussed. It was decided that the power would be restored to most of the house bypassing the problem until a further investigation could be carried out.

Extra work was needed but it was clearly explained as was the additional cost.

I had a problem with my lighting circuit in my flat, AA Electricals spent a lot of time (which they didn't charge me for) trying to find the problem and once found fixed it within the time frame and the quote they gave me. They are very professional and gave an honest appraisal of what needed to be done and the various options I had and how and what exactly they were going to do. This is the third time I have used them and would highly recommend them. Very nice people.

This could not have been better. The Electrician, Tim, was very helpful and advised me what to do re my problem the night before then turned up, on the dot, the next morning. No messing about trying to drag the job out straight to the point fixed within the hour. We were very concerned before that there are 'cowboys' out there but AA Electrical were superb. OUTSTANDING !

AA Electrical (Tim and Eddie) were brilliant, very efficient and courteous. They actually picked up the pieces of a bodged job by another company, AA Electrical have restored my faith in Electrical/Plumbing services companies. Good service, very punctual, neat, tidy and efficient. Work undertaken on a "do as much as you can in a day basis" - usually a licence to drink tea, chat, talk on mobile, nip out for an "essential" part etc - not so here.
